It needs no to supports to print, however some glue is required.
Instead of having a servo to drive it around, it is static, but pose-able.
The holes in the various parts are sized for the use of 1.75mm filament as locator keys, and to retain the camera head. The opening in the plinth will house a 15mm x 3mm magnet.
- print 1x bird4, 1x bird4-camera, 2x bird4-camera-pivot, and if desired 1x bird4-lenze
- Glue together the two halves of the Camera-Pivot
- While that is setting, glue together the two halves of the bird be sure not to plug the holes that pass all the way through. Place the magnet in recess at this time
- insert the the Camera-Pivot into one of the halves of the Camera and carefully glue the two halves together, keep the glue away from the camera pivot.
- If desired glue the Lenze into the camera
- insert the assembled camera into the bird's neck, and pin in place by slipping some filament through the hole in the body, trim flush
