I recently gave my wife a pair of my flush cutters to keep on her crafting table. I needed something to keep them closed and to cover the exposed blade end. I measured and whipped this up in Fusion 360. My original is made from PLA+. It works but it tends to slip off. I am going to reprint using TPU.
