The machine uses an Arduino uno with an CNC shield to control the Nema 17 motors. As a spindel i got an 1.5kw vevor.
For printing I would advice to use PETG or better so nothing deforms under the stress and teperatures of the motor
Most parts use M5 or M3 bolts except for the Y axis linear blocks which need M6 bolts(16 in total)
The main body has to be printed twice and is identical for left and right. Then an 20x40(800mm long) extrusion is pushed through so it stands above about 10cm on one side. X-Motor mount needs to be printed and attached on the end. I also added an angled LED strip and a printed drag chain on the extrusion. Z axis: Ø12mm 250mm long → sbr12uu linear rail and lead screw from an old anycubic → these were mounted onto an 9mm thick and 100x250mm large wood panel
Bed: In the last two picture you see how i secure things onto the bed. In the 3d printed piece: “bed nut holder” you can insert up to 3 m5 nuts where you can now screw in clamps which i also 3d printed. You can find the clamp in the collection.
