I looked for designs and found none appealing, so I made my own.

v1 is 20x20mm base, v2 is 15x15mm base.

Made for zip ties of 2.5mm width. The round shape for the cable is made for a 10mm-diameter cable, but honestly at this size it doesn't matter and fits any other cables, too.
