Custom Crown — Irregular Ornaments (Front Large, Back Small)
🧩 Design Concept & Purpose
A decorative crown with an irregular ornament layout — large motifs in front, smaller in back. Perfect for statues, cosplay props, photo shoots, or display pieces (scale as needed).

🖨️ Printing Suggestions
If you don’t plan to paint after printing:
Use a fine resolution to capture detail (e.g., 0.08 mm).
Consider metal-infused filament for an authentic metallic look.
Add supports only in critical areas (crossed/inner arches) if your printer needs it.
If you plan to print → refine → paint (RECOMMENDED .3mf profile attached):
Layer height: 0.20 mm
Walls / perimeters: 5
Infill: 20% Gyroid
Material: PETG (chosen here for durability; PLA also works if it suits your use)
Brim: Yes (stability for tips/arches)
Supports: Inner support only where needed
Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended
The attached .3mf includes a print setup intended for post-processing and painting.
🧰 Assembly & Mounting
No assembly required — prints as a single piece.
An M8 threaded socket is integrated at the underside center:
Handy to fix the crown to a figurine/stand.
Useful as a handle during priming and painting (attach a stud/bolt or rod).
🎨 Finishing Tips
Light sand → filler/primer → sand fine → metallic spray (gold/silver) or pearl/ice blue.
Add acrylic washes into recesses for depth; seal with satin or matte clear.
Optional: stick-on gems or vinyl accents for a royal touch.
