I have included the blender file so that you can make your own collapsing staffs.  Using the boolean modifier you can use the cube to level your model to the core, and with the cutout you can cutout the negative space for the rings.

Print Settings

Layer height and infill at your discretion, I use 0.3mm layer height and 7% infill

Make sure your line width in cura is set to 0.5mm and extrusion width is set to 0.5mm in prusa slicer for perimeters
