I used AI assistance in making a Firefighter pickhead axe from a picture. I used this for making a sign, and the halves print great and can be glued together. You can scale it up to the size needed. I have not printed the whole axe at this time so supports will be needed. I used the cut feature to cut areas to separate in order to paint the colors silver and red for the axe head and light brown for the handle. I used a shiny silver silk for the head to give it a metallic look and Polymaker Wood Brown PLA for the handle and by using a smaller layer height of 0.15mm it gives the tops of the halves a wood grain look.
