Bonnet Protector Guards are usually supplied with metal clips that clip onto the front part of your bonnet. Over time it's likely the metal clips will rust out and cause rust marks on your bonnet, or at worst any movement will scratch your paint (like the cheap arse metal clips that came with the bonnet guard that I bought. The picture of the side bracket shows some of the scratches and rust that the metal brackets caused) These bonnet protector mounting brackets being plastic should greatly minimize this problem. So far I have found the plastic clips are actually a stronger and firmer fit (as well as doing far less damage to your paint work than the metal clips). The plastic washers that fit on the metal clips (if supplied) should not be required.

These are designed for a bonnet guard for a Ford Ranger, although may fit other makes and models. I needed 3 x front brackets and 2 x side brackets for mine. Use fixings (screws) that come with the bonnet protector (although again type and size may vary with brand, so suggest printing one out first and try it for fitment. ONLY use PETG or better for strength and better UV protection! I've tested with PLA and PLA+ and while they do work, they do not last!!! Also due to the forces exerted by the wind when driving PLA tends to crack around the screw holes.

Require support on build plate for the front brackets only. Print in the orientation they are when opened.
