This is mine Spool Roller. It will work with any spools. The one that I download it, had a problem that the roll I have which has 20 mm opening and other roll is large opening. The one that are over the printer have a problem with pulling the filament because of the angle that has to pull.
I used a lower part from (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1530572) just to get measurement. Removed the snap on so it just hanging on the printer cover. I used 22 mm O.D. x 8 mm I. D. x 7 mm width bearings (5 pcs)

Pins I printed in 0.1 100% fill so they are stronger. the rest was 20% fill standard.

Higher roller for filament fitting makes easy for filament to be pulled (REMOVED).
This Part was not working as I planned and interfere with if you wanted to print something High.
