Remix of Arcade Controller

I've modified the base to support the BlueRetro Bluetooth controller mod using an ESP32, including internal space for:

• A TP4056 module for battery charging (with protection)
• A rechargeable battery (tested with a PS5 controller battery)
• A USB-C charging port
