Summary
I have printed today, using a Filoalfa PC-ABS filament on a standard Cetus 3D printer, the blue part on the left you can see in the picutres.
It had signs of delamination and a really bad wrapping effect on the base.
I have therefore designed a new fan duct to be inserted between the fan and the original fan duct.
You can decide if you want the air go to the printed part or not.
The result of the closed duct was the print on the right.
If you like to print ABS, PC-ABS, PC and other high temp. polymers you'll love it!

Notes:
I have print it in PC-ABS, ABS would be also fine.
I'm afraid PLA has a too low HDT.
Print it with the flipping cover facing the print plate.
