A remix of SA2CLC's fine work.

This includes a bracket that uses the snap in mounts from SA2CLC's zip-tie pole mounts, but slips over a cheap extendable fishing pole for use as a mast. It fits perfectly over a Goture telescopic pole and holds the loading coil in place.
