Traditional wire kitchen hangers
My wife uses it for the handle of T-fal.

However, this shape is prone to breakage, poor fixing, and it was too complicated to make because it needed an auxiliary material after all, so I redesigned it. The base of the wire kitchen paper holder has good fixation and stability, so I decided to recreate it as a basic design in the future. First, review the wire kitchen hanger. The width is 1.4 mm. PLA + arrives I printed it. Since there is no problem with lightweight items, the load and shape are slimmed down. I think it's enough. 考えていた用途と違うが、これはこれで良いかと思う。
しかし、この形状で破損が発生しやすい、定着が悪く、結局補助材が必要だったのと作成があまりにも雑だったので、再度設計してみた。
ワイヤーキッチンペーパホルダーのベースは定着と安定性が良いのでこれを基本設計として今後すべて作成し直そうと考えた。
まずは、ワイヤーキッチンハンガーから見直し。
幅は、1.4mm。
PLA+が到着
印刷してみた。
軽量な物で問題無いため、荷重、形状をスリム化
十分かと思う。
但し、PLA+なので乾燥や使用頻度に関すれば数か月程度
の利用を考察
大量印刷で準備する。
