Due to the lack of a good design of such an element for 3D printing, I decided to take care of it myself.
I did it on Ender 3.
It is a seatpost shifter with a cable pull of just over 12mm. takes up 13 mm of the width of the handlebar. the transmission force of the pull on the lever is a maximum of 0.3, which makes the lever hard, which is intended to reduce the risk of accidental pressing during intense cycling.
It works, I used it in difficult conditions, I had accidents and everything still works.
In the photos you see the old version which was unergonomic.

I used ABS but really use the strongest material you have.
remember that it is resistant to weather conditions
I used a layer thickness of 0.2, but 0.1 would be better

   matching your seatpost.
   I rolled a sheet of metal (from a soda can) and taped it together, then made a hole in it.
   I passed the steel cable through the hole and then to the side.
   then I grabbed the cable with an M3 bolt, nut and washers right after the exit
   it works but I'm not proud of it.
