Spring arm must be PLA with an infill of 80-90% layer height 0.1-0.15mm.

(Cannot use PETG for spring arm. IT's too flexible)

Arm must be with PLA for a good tight snapping arm. Different PLA filaments work better for some reason. If you're not getting the tight spring return, try a different filament.
