Fixed through meshlab / meshmixer 10.0.135 (both great applications)

Found .pdb data thru wikipedia google etc.
Selected visualizations in VMD and rendered to .obj and .stl
Did cleanups in netfabb and meshlab. Extruded the ribbons a bit in meshmixer to fix 2D surface. Lots of other small issues that MakerWare will have to live with...
