Summary
Based on CWKWorkshop's plans for a sub-$50 pickup winder, except using a 3D printer to build the housing and supports. The "roof" was hand-drawn in TinkerCAD; feel free to customize it to your liking.
Measurements were made with a digital caliper; to my chagrin, dialing in the EXACT measurements made it impossible to actually fit anything. An additional 1-1.5mm spacing made things decidedly easier to put together.
You'll need a jig to actually attach the pickup bobbin to the machine. 402FPV's design should work well for this purpose.

The roof cover is, to my experience, best printed vertically with standard zig-zag supports. A horizontal print should be more reliable... but require a lot more support. You should be able to customize it and replace it with flatter geometric alternatives; I merely chose a curved roof because I thought it'd look cooler.
