I took a few other designs/models and diced them up into a new control panel for my Ender 3 Pro. It may fit the Ender 3 also but it has Pro written on it.
With the addition of the SD card reader and holder it puts everything right where it should be.
The STL's:

1. LCD-Cover-Box-Micro-SD-Reader-Holder-Innie-Pro-NoLogo.stl - The one I printed - The word PRO inlaid, No logo or dragon, print them separately and glue on once done.
2. LCD-Cover-Box-Micro-SD-Reader-Holder-Outie-Pro.stl - The word PRO inlaid, has the Text Logo and the Dragon already protruding from the face. Use this one to print face side up and change the filament for different color Logo and Dragon. Should be really nice done properly.
3. Ender3_Pro_LCD_Cover_Box-Ender3Text.stl - Logo text.
4. Ender3_Pro_LCD_Cover_Box-Dragon.stl - The Dragon.

Easy to print, nice and strong too.
Very nice case that snaps together so no need for screws. I have to print a new screwless back for mine and it will be complete.

Used this for the bottom mount and it is nice and strong. I actually used the SKR display v1 not the Ender 3 model because that mount had the correct orientation.

This is a nice quick easy model to print. I hacked off the little clip and SD reader press fits into it perfectly.

Nice easy print, fits well as described by author and very funtional.

Can't find where I got the SD Holder from, sorry but if somebody recognises it please let me know and I will of course give credit.

For Logo and text used Inland PLA+ White.
Print face side down to print with no support - make sure you have a nice clean bed. This is how I printed it.
Print as is(face side up) with supports - will take a couple days but it will probably look really nice.
