I was looking for something different to hold a small AFL football for one of my kids. I found "Wednesday Thing Hand" by Normen42 and decided that was it. I needed to add a base to it as the original was designed to be Thing and stand on it's finger tips.

The ball is a "mini" AFL football... the ones small kids kick and that they give out at team events. Pity it's Hawthorn though.
