This is a home-brew quick clip for long weight bar 1inch diameter.

Has enough grip for lifts where you're on a horizontal plane. Not good for rotational lifts with small bar bells. The weights will slide off. Not what its made for.

I made this because screwing on my normal clamp takes too long on the long weight bar and i was too miserly to buy a metal clip.

Finish it with a hair band or length of elastic for grip strength. See photos.
There are 2 versions. One has a lip on each tooth for extra grip.

Ive been using V1 for about a year.
Must be printed with FLEXIBLE / RUBBER material.
