A very small combination of these two models. 

After hunting around I've settled on Gridfinity Refined as my default “Gridfinity Variant”.

Combined these in Bambu Studio… Haven't quite figured out how to work with .stl files so did this using the Slice Function in the slicer.

Worth a quick sanitary check in your slicer just to make sure I haven't made an oversight
