Hanger Extender Hook Mod

This was inspired by this Coat Hanger Extender Hook https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4540074 by @schmulschubiak.
Schmulschubiak's Coat Hanger Extender Hook tends to come off the hanger easily for my hangers, so I tried to keep it from coming off. I also made it so that it can be attached to hangers with thick necks as well as those with thin necks.
