Detercap is a competitive game prop thing.
You put inside an incentive, then both "players" pull their hooks, last to give up wins!
Use key chain rings for hooks.

Pick the two pieces with the holes for the key chain rings and put them on top of each other such that the sticks are going in separate directions and the top one is upside down, making a compartment with a hole in it.

Take the two longs pieces and use them to case the compartment thing, so the sticks... stick out of the holes in the sides and the hole is aligned with the hole of the casing.

Use the two last two pieces to close it all off, then glue everything tight.
