This is a custom LED light bar for the Voron 0.2, designed specifically for resin printing and featuring a slide-in diffuser system instead of fragile snap-fits.

The sliding mechanism makes assembly easier, more reliable, and much better suited for resin parts, which can be brittle under stress.

🖨 Print Settings

Resin (recommended)

• Layer height: 0.05 mm

• Orientation: 30–45° tilt

• Supports: minimal, avoid inner rail surfaces

FDM / IDM

• Layer height: 0.16 mm recommended

• Use fine layer profile for smoother diffuser fit

• Print diffuser in light/transparent filament if possible

• Ensure good dimensional accuracy for sliding rails

⚠ Resin Design Notes

This model avoids snap-fit features intentionally:

• No stress on small parts → less risk of cracking

• Smooth sliding tolerances for reliable assembly

• Rails designed to prevent sticking or fusing

For best performance:
👉 Keep rails clean after printing
👉 Lightly sand the diffuser edges if needed
👉 Do not overtighten mounting screws

🔌 Assembly

1. Insert LED strip into the housing

2. Route cable through the channel

3. Slide the diffuser into the side rails

4. Close with optional end caps

5. Mount to frame
