This is an attempt to make the Snapmaker A350T more stable for CNC milling.
Just a heads-up: M4 threads need to be cut into the base plate and M6 threads into the 3030 aluminum profiles.
But I think anyone considering building this mod already has the necessary skills.
It's important not to stress the machine's geometry with the modification.
I haven't taken any precise before/after measurements, and there's no long-term experience to share, but it feels like the mod adds 10 hp :)
I don't want to go into too much detail about the installation, as much of it is self-explanatory, and there are, of course, several ways to do it.
The X-axis module should be in the top position during assembly.

Required hardware:
3030 aluminum profile I type, such as these:

It can easily be cut with a wood miter saw that has a fine-toothed carbide saw blade - clamp the profile firmly while sawing and wear safety glasses!
upper horizontal strut: approximately 427 mm
rear angled Z supports: approximately 437 mm 2pcs
You will need to determine the exact lengths of the profiles on your machine and cut them accordingly. Profiles that are too short can be compensated for with spacers – use a feeler gauge!
Profiles that are too long should be shortened again to prevent stress on the machine's geometry. In both cases, when tightening the screws during assembly, use a dial gauge on the affected linear modules to avoid creating excessive stress!
