I printed this in PETG for flexibility of the tabs holding the Talentcell.  First slide the QMX into the frame and bring it to the top. Then slide the Talentcell into the frame to hold the QMX up.  You may have to be creative with the rubber feet on the radio, but at least one is needed to keep the assembly tight.
