Extra backing for the lanyard hole protects the fragile flexible back from tearing. I added lariat lobster clasps for mine, you may want to tweak the original 3MF file for easier lanyard attachment. After tweaking the original 3MF file, export to STL and print that to avoid overlapping object errors.

Prints with no support, I use 15% infill.
