I created this gate latch lifter to make it easier to open my self-closing gate latch. Attach it to the latch with a piece of sturdy cord - I used nylon thread. Be careful not to overtighten the screws you attach it with to avoid breaking the bracket!

Edit:  I recommend printing this at 100% infill for the bracket/tube part. I modified the tube to make the supports more robust in the version 2.0.
