This case houses one or three Bluetooth buttons to get either a simple device for “I need help”/“Attendant required”/"Shop assistant call" or have a simple 3-button “rate your experience” good/so-so/bad thing.

We currently use Flic buttons ( https://flic.io/flic2 ) but the design can easily get adapted for other makes. It has two screw holes in the base suitable for poster floor stands like this: https://www.otto-office.com/de/Franken-Infostaender-Standard-BS0901/52807/p (remove the poster holder and mount this case instead).

The case also features a DIN A6 sized postcard cut out with an insert slot at the top. Print your message on the postcard and you get a professionally looking furnishing.

There are models both for 1-button (help) and 3-button (feedback) cases consisting of the top and bottom. In addition, I've provided DXF files for routed facings in case you want to have it really fancy.

The Help button / Feedback button case was created as of the “Lern- und Future Store” project in cooperation with Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena and ZeTT - Zentrum Digitale Transformation Thüringen.
