Summary
I needed a relay I could drive from USB, so I found this NOYITO 2-Channel Micro USB Relay Module USB Smart Control Switch USB Intelligent Control Switch (2-Channel Micro USB) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081RM7PMY and whipped up this case for it.
It uses https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08QJK1QK5 for inserts and 3mm hex bolts (one 6mm long and two 12mm long)
Print the 'cover' in something white or translucent and you can see the power and relay LEDs through it.
I've included the Sketchup files in case anyone wants to fiddle with it.
Update: Changed out Top after determining interference

Notes:
You may have to fiddle with over/under extrusion if the parts don't come off your printer perfectly sized. Zortrax has settings for holes and inner/outer contours, but I just tweaked the model to the right size for my printer and this filament. Your Milage Will Vary.
Post-Printing
Polished with 'torch' style butane lighter.
Checked hole sizes with 4mm and 3mm drills and a pin vise.
How I Designed This
