Summary
This is a control / baseline model that I designed. It is intended as a reference model for some models that I will be building in the future. I Plan to explore the works of Johan Besler, and need a model to provide a reference point.

The bearings are common skateboard or roller blade bearings
Post-Printing
Simple clean up of the print is needed in the collet area of the disk, (depending upon on how clean your print is)
How I Designed This
I designed these parts in FreeCad, and have included the FreeCad files for experimentation / modification.
Custom Section
The Shaft
The shaft I used was cut out of a compressed gas lift cylinder. The kind used to lift up the back glass and hoods of American cars. I found it at a wrecking yard. The diameter of it is a little less than 8mm. Typically there are three basic diameters used in most American cars.
