I've added an OLED display to my PiKVM v2, on Zero 2 W, build so that I could see the current IP and status. There are several How To guides online for both generic Raspbian use:

I don't have any advice for screws to use. For the original case and lid, I used some tiny hinge screws I had on-hand. For the OLED display, I used some M2x6 machine screws from an old laptop case. Really, finding screws for this build is the hardest part.
