Buckle 

My parents were visiting, and after a walk, the buckle on the cane holder of my father's wheelchair was missing.

The buckle they had bought was, unfortunately, the wrong size. So they asked me if I couldn't print the buckle.

Unfortunately, you don't always find the right size.

So I measured the female buckle and started designing it in the 3D program Plasticity. The buckle fit perfectly right after the very first 3D print.

I created a total of three models—one of which was the spare part for my parents. A male/female buckle that differs as a replacement part.
