The wheel on our wet-vac we use for core drilling concrete disintegrated, its a large- 60+ litre capacity.
Rather than spend hours or even days trying to search for and purchase a replacement wheel...... FTIJPI !
Used 345 grams of material, printed at 100% infill. Less than $10 in materials.
The total load......Vac + water + concrete slurry reaching almost 100kg at times, as well as the shock of being bounced down stairs when full we decided to test it before fitting to the vac
We load tested it to 240kg and passed easliy.
The tyre had to be heated with a heat gun to make it pliable enough to fit onto the wheel......not a chance in hell of getting it on otherwise.
