• Orient to print bed so the hinge runs horizontally on top of the print.

• Increase wall thickness so number of walls is 5 or more, for solidity of the hinge components.

• In Cura, Preview carefully to ensure that in the first layer of overhang, it builds each line out in contact with the previous line.

I had to insert a putty knife between the two hinged blocks and give a little nudge to release it into motion.
