Summary
This doesn't work. I almost got it to work. Almost. But it's the last step, the alternator - that's where I give up. So take this: It's most of a wind turbine. Belt drive, slip rings (yes, 3d-printed slip rings!), mount for bearings, tail. Just add blades, alternator and a load of rod, nuts and bearings.

What this needs is someone familiar with 3D-printable alternator design. If you can integrate that then you have the makings of a pretty good turbine.
You'll figure out how it fits together. It's fairly self-explanatory. I used rod and bearings left over from my K8200 upgrades for most of it. There are very few overhangs, and those that it does use are small and well-supported.
