A handy add-on to the amazing Cable manager brick (Cable manager brick by DanDi | Download free STL model | Printables.com), sacrificing two channels to create a cover to keep cables that don't want to be managed in place. Uses a friction fit to attach to the cable manager brick. If it doesn't seem to fit, spin it around as it only fits one way!

Takes 41 minutes to print, and 10.5g/3.5m of TPU filament (you could probably use PLA, though I can't guarantee the friction fit will be as effective). 

If you're having bed adhesion problems, increase the retraction distance. If you're having layer adhesion problems, decrease the retraction distance. 

Print settings:

• Print speed: 100mm/s
• Printing temperature: 205c
• Printing bed temperature: 70c
• Wall line count: 3
• Top layers: 8
• Bottom layers: 4
• Infill density: 30%
• Retraction distance: 1.8mm
