This is such a specific, random problem that I doubt anyone else has - 

On my MPOW BH162A headphones, the part that swivels from the main body to the speaker cracked. I decided to take the mess apart and try to fix it.

It probably wasn't worth the ~$15 these old headphones are worth.

The part I modeled doesn't exactly match the original, but will do the job. I also only included the part for the right ear, if you need the left ear you can probably mirror the parts.

If somehow someone else has this same issue and you really want to, here's some rough instructions on how to fix it:

• Unscrew the 4 screws around the top rotating joint
• Pry the headphone cushions and backing off the speaker
• Unscrew the speaker, take it out. 
  • At least in my case, the soldered connection between this speaker and the PCB were hot glued to the back of the speaker, and they broke when taking the speaker off.
• Take the housing out of the Y shaped bracket (The one that broke)
• Pry both panels you unscrewed earlier off
  • Two metal pieces will fall out - the “spring-ish” thing that holds the extending position, and one that holds the axle in. If they don't, take them out.
• Now the rotating joint should come out. To remove the wire, you have to cut the plastic housing around the joint.
• Put the wire through the replacement part.
• The “Inner” part needs to be hot glued to the “Outer” one with the wire inside
• Put everything back together. 
  • If the speaker wire is disconnected from the PCB, you will have to re-solder it back. In my case, I couldn't couldn't solder the same wire directly, I had to put an extension wire in between. You can strip these small braided wires by scraping at them with a knife.
