Do you want to store or transport your glass safely? This system holds your glasses in place and protects them from scratches and vibrations caused by transport.

System : 

The bottom part is intended to hold the bottom of the glass by using a deformable, aperture-like grip. The top part is preventing contact between the glasses and allowing for stacking and linking.

Modular :

This system is fully modular, you can change the dimensions of both parts by using FUSION 360, so this system can adapt all your glasses.
The deformable grip fits different glass shape and ∅.

Stackable / Linkable:

The bottom part is designed to fit in the top part, allowing for stacking. You can connect them laterally using clips on both parts.

Dimensions :

In the pic the bottom part is 90x90mm and the top part is 94x94mm when the glass’s diameter is 64mm at the bottom and 85mm at the top.

Print Recommandations :

TPU is required for the top part and the grip, the bottom part can be printed in anything. For the grip, you can print with 2 or 3 walls, more walls will increase the rigidity of the grip. I’d also recommend you set the diameter of the grip 5-10mm smaller than the bottom of your glass.
