Print with the narrower end down so that the scales do not need support. Supports are needed for the pins on the narrower end, but nothing else.

Print with a brim.

The bracer should fit the average man, but may need to be scaled slightly for your arm. The average woman will need to scale it to 85%.

I printed it with 3 perimeters, but that is not required.

You will not be able to fit your hand in. Place your arm in the half with holes and then click the top on.
