If your 20-year-old KOSS UR20 headphones are falling apart and you don't want to pollute nature even more by throwing them away, but you are not a follower of fixing everything with duct tape, this thing can help you.

Printing ========

To replace a broken part, you have to print 2 other parts instead. There are two reasons why it was designed this way:

The original part cannot be printed without supports, and I do not like to clean support structures.
There is a wire that runs through the original part, but I am too lazy to unsolder it and then solder it back.

I have printed the details with CoPET, which is durable, but still good to print small details.
Although the printed parts look a bit messy, they fit well and not visible.

When the parts are printed, check how the first part (to the right on picture above) fits inside the rails where was the broken part. When you move it on the rails, it should fix with clicks in the adjustment positions.
