Design Requirements
I wanted a case to protect the stylus when moving around, with the option to keep the AAAA battery outside of the stylus in case it leaks when not in use for a long period of time. I am able to easily remove the nib without the included tool so a spot for the tool wasn't required.
FreeCAD Parameters
The following parameters are adjustable in the included FreeCAD file.

Stylus Diameter =9.5mm
Button Width =4.8mm
Button Height =0.7mm

Nib Diameter =1.8mm
Nib Length =16.4mm
Nib Tool Diameter =13mm
Nib Tool Height =0.8mm

Print Instructions
I printed in PETG with .4 mm nozzle with variable layer height. I only used infill on the battery slot, but I could have probably gotten away with bridging. The fit was really tight and required some post processing, but it works for me as is so I won't be revisiting it.
First Impressions
After the cleaning up the print a bit everything seems to fit securely, and nothing moves around when shaken. It does the job it was designed to do.
