This is a wall mount that fits the WD EasyStore series of external hard drives. It was designed so you can put 2-3 wood screws in it and then a velcro strap, zip tie, etc through the slots to keep the drive in. Those are optional though.

You could also mount this behind/under a desk to keep the drive out of the way.
