This is a mount for a EK D5 pump in the Ncase M1, the best small form factor case ever, for use with custom water cooling.

Requirements

• 3x M3 nuts
• 3.5mm drill bit
• 4x M4 12mm screws (from the EK D5 pump)
• 3x SSD M3 screws with rubber inserts (from the Ncase M1)

Printing

Print in PETG or ABS if possible. PLA will work because it is not directly exposed to any heat, but will still not last as long.

Use 0.24mm layer height or higher for better strength.

Use 4 perimeters! Because that is where most of the force is. 3 top/bottom layers should be enough.

30% or higher infill.

Instructions

1. Drill out the M3 holes with a 3.5mm drill bit
2. Insert the three M3 nuts. This will be tight, so use a pair of pliers if needed
3. Put on the three rubber-inserted M3 screws
4. Screw the mounting plate to the D5 pump bracket, with four M4 screws
5. Slot the entire assembly to the front frame of the case, where the internal SSD is supposed to go
