Tree - doesn't matter; Stand - the less the better

10% Rectilinear or other with same density

4 bottom and 4 top layers
For the tree 2 perimeters are fine but I used 3.
For stand You need to play with settings and resolution if You want a clean look. I can suggest using concentric layer pattern as the thing is round.

If You're using Prusaslicer 2.6+ try "Monotonic Lines" as 'Top/Bottom fill pattern' for cleanlier finish!
