A pair of customisable stands to keep external hard-drives upright and cool without the danger of tipping them over. The drive widths and embossed text can be changed to fit your drives exactly.

To reduce vibration, I printed mine in TPU with thick 5mm walls. I used 10% gyroid infill and only two perimeters to keep it soft. I think PETG would be a decent second choice, maybe with just 3mm thick walls.

Customise

1. Install OpenSCAD, if not already on your system, then open the file hard-drive-stand-parametric.scad. 
2. Change the value of label and drive_width to match your drive. Use millimetres.
3. Press F6 on your keyboard to render the model, then F7 to export it as an STL that you can print.
