This is a one-piece molded box with hinges and a snap closure that I designed on OnShape. It's fully customizable in OnShape. I've uploaded a version here, and I hope you all like it. I've provided several sizes of boxes:
100x60x45mm and 60x40x35, but almost any size is possible as long as it exceeds a certain minimum value. I designed it as a parametric, variable-driven entity.
I use PLA and print in OrcaSlicer, but most materials and slicers should work well.
No support is needed.
It is recommended to fill it up 100%.
It is recommended to have a more precise layer height: 0.08 - 0.16mm.
No need for a hem.
When you remove the box from the printing platform, spraying a little lubricant on the hinge
