Respirator without exhalation valve.

Print instructions

Respirators should be printed using a TPE 90A fillament.
Interface pattern spacing: 0.3 mm.
Contact Z distance: 0.3 mm.
Max print speed: 30 mm/s.
Small perimeters, External perimeters and First layer speed: 20 mm/s.
It is very important to use some sticky tape as seen in video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z05HtwNZtJQ.

Filter should be printed using a PLA fillament.
I used temperature 220°C for the first and other layers.
There is no other limitation of standard settings.

It is good to cut filter from combination of vacuum bag paper and some cloth.
