It is best to print "MavicMini-Motor-Cover -Plain-Simple.stl" file. Print after rotating it 180 degrees so that the cover top lays flat on the bed. No support will be required.

Total weight of all the 4 covers is 0.81 grams. This will still keep your MM weight under 250 grams.

I have deliberately kept the height of it much less to keep the weight under 1 gram. But if you wish to print the one that has more height, I just uploaded that too.

Other stl files could weigh little more due to text on them. Also, they will require support to print.

Update: 13/May/2020 - I have uploaded 2 more STLs (having Vent holes) as per request by Sierraman. These holes help in heat dissipation.
