Drone model as nature would design it. After the topology optimization used other software for little details. For this model the best way to attach the electronics and battery to chassis will be a kind of rope or if the users will want a specific way to link the electronics I can prepare a 3D model special for that requisition.
I think that with a little bit of feedback I can make the model almost perfect.
-- For ABS Material the actual mass is 14.645 g
ACCORDING TO THE STRESS ANALYSIS
-- Maximum stress supported by the model is 0.86 MPa
-- Factor of Safety: 37.561 (I think it's a bit exaggerated)
-- Maximum Displacement: 12.642 micrometer (0,012642 mm)
During the setup of loads and constraints of the simulation it has been mandatory to choose at least one face to constrain, in spite of that in a real drone there is not a face or group of faces that are fixed. So the simulation may not represent a very realistic result. I tried different configuration but all the others gived me similar results. In another simulation software, the "bridge" that joins the "arms" of the motors may suffer buckling, but that results only come up with that particular software.
